Got a question to ask fellow collectors

Hey all, I've got a question that a few of you may be able to help me with. For a while now I've been browsing through some pictures of various people's Star Wars collections and every so often there are pictures of stacks of boxes from Hasbro itself, boxes from the actual manufacturer that's usually shipped to stores. I was wondering, where do these people get bulk Star Wars figures? Is it just that they know someone within the company that gives them a deal, or is there some website out there that allows you to buy in bulk? I appreciate any help you guys can give.
