New Hunter
Hey, I'm a long time lurker, long time member of the 405th infantry. (405th.com)
Figured I'd post up my pepakura file, it's a mashup of the front of my helmet, and the back of dung0beetles (modified to fit). it has a separated faceplate, so you can attach the pieces with (binder clips?) and resin them, then take apart and work on them individually. I think we can both be proud of this helmet, and I come bearing bad*** pics of it!
Credits
-Dung0beetle, for giving permission to mod and post his piece.
-dubean33 (405th), for unfolding so smoothly!
-timecon (405th), for the first unfold
-Dancin_Fool (405th), for the bust for the helmet to sit on

This looks amazing. ive never done papakura, but im going to download this file and try it. I bought an Iron Man helmet a few months back and it was terrible. It was all cracked up, sloppy pour inside. Really dissapointing. Its still in my garage collcting dust and will eventually just get thrown away, this one however, looks great:)

Anyone have a source for the rest the armour in papakura at this quality?

I'm new here and this is the first thing I saw. This is a wonderful Pepakura model and the unfold is top notch! Thanks for sharing.

Hey not bad job i started building this but its not 101% accurate your missing something on the chin go compared it with some iron man pics and i will post update of it soon

Great work here.

I'm doing a modification on a kids Iron Man helmet. It was given to me and happens to fit me fine out of the box. (remove the adjustable strap) But, the lenses are clearly too big to look right, so I've taken them out and filled them with bondo. I'm just about to the cut out stage for the new eye openings. Do you (or anyone reading here) have a template for the eyes? There has to be an easy way to lay them out and cut them perfectly.... the first time.

I would appreciate any input.

Thanks
