well...i used Fiber Glass (its the first time that i use that) Cardboard, plastic and pvc...

your thighs look empty, maybe add some thigh plates, or some shins, also to get that flight suit look you may look into some spats, that will help bring in the ankles. other wise a great looking kit of armor ya got there
