EXACT outer diameter of the heiland flash tube

Im going to make a flexing mount for the heiland thats going to be the exact diameter. So it can operate like a true mount spring. Anyone able to give me the exact outer diameter of the tube?
 
ok, brother...1.5", and that is where the lines are on the outside of the edges...so technically, very small distance under 1.5"...
