HELP PDF resizing!?!?!

I have 3 pages of templates in pdf format that I need to make EXACTLY 12 times bigger, yet still be able to print it out. I try scaling to 1200%, but It just zooms, It doesn't spread it over multiple pages. I need help, I'll attatch the file if I can, it is the first 3 pages and the password is paper-replika.com
