So I sculpted these Zam shins for my wife's costume and started casting them. Is there any interest for people here having some copies? Price would be in the $150-$200 range, depending on what material I ultimately end up using. This first cast is made from a thin layer of fiberglass. The plus side is that it is very flexible and extremely strong, and relatively affordable. The down side is that it's a pain to cast that way. The blotchiness on the shins in the pictures is a from baby powder. Also, they are just rough trimmed, especially at the top.
It's one sculpt for both legs, as I didn't have time to do different sculpts for each leg. The casting is flexible enough so that when cut up down the middle in the back, you are able to overlap them.
Here's the sculpt in clay:

I am also working on gauntlets and chest armor...pics of that stuff to come soon.
