Regarding shrinkage... I don't know what to say. We use Gildan shirts and I haven't had any shrinkag issues at all with these shirts (some of the shirts we have used years ago did shrink a lot), but I have had others that have complained of shrinkage... These are supposedly pre-shrunk. Anyone else who has bought one recently want to chime in with their thoughts?

Are these sizes mens sizes? I'm a pretty normal girl with some curves, and wonder what size i should order? Is there anyone who could measure a size small? 
Edit: Just measured my favorite t-shirt, and that's 48 cm (almost 19 inches) wide over the chest. What size is closest to that?

They are mens sizes. Based on my measurements, from armpit to armpit, a S is 45cm and a M is about 49cm.

Just asked our shirt guy and we can offer baby doll shirts for the girls at the same price... but I don't have any on hand to recommend sizing.
