Ki-Adi-Mundi... need mask... anyone? sale? custom?

Hey guys, I've been working on a Ki Adi Mundi costume. I have the robes and boots and such... but I don't have a mask. There seems to have been one made, but I can't find it anywhere now

Does anyone do any custom masks? or have one for sale? Willing to do a commission if costs are right
