Small Motion Sensored MP3 Player

Just wondering if anyone knows where I could find a small motion sensor device that will let me upload mp3s?

I am wanting it for my displays that way when you walk in front of it it will say a phrase or something....I.E. walk in front of Vader and he starts breathing.
