Should cut the arc/curve?

I have a set of MOW gauntlets and my question is should i cut out the slight curve seen here in the very front part of the Lft Gaunt shown here on FP gauntlets and the following pics.
Like my Sig says... I want to do it right.

As it will sit better on the wrist/back of the hand area, and looking at the pics.... It is there?!

I should add that curve to mine. I say go ahead and do it.

AND I just realized... if you look at the top of the forum, you can totally see it on Jeremy's suit, lol.
