Possible Cardboard Woes

New Hunter
Hello again...I am finally going to be starting on my cardboard Boba helmet, and I think I may have started out on the wrong foot. I work for a printing company so I have access to tons of Letter sized pieces of card stock, and in my zeal, I glued the WoF templates directly to them. It just now occured to me that this may be a problem when it comes time to paint. Does anyone have any idea(s) if it will be a problem or work anyway if I just paint over the paper?

Thanks.

Hi and welcome!

It probably and most likely is not a good idea to paint over paper which is glued onto cardboard. Paper has the nasty habit of bubbleing and deforming when being painted. Either try to gently soak it off (if the glue is water-soluble) or start over from "scratch".

Good luck dude!
Peter
