Modding a MR bucket?

I'm going to do many mods on my helmet. I'm going to put a servo in the helmet so the scope moves. You can take the lining out of the helmet without ruining the helmet. The real helmet I'm sure wasn't lined, so I didn't worry about it.

Mine finally arrived 2 hours ago. It is nicer than I thought it would be. I might try and replace the visor, but I would hate to damage the liner. I know it is not the way the original was done, but I think it makes the interrior look pretty dang nice.:confused

Can someone please change one "D" to an "L" in the title of this thread?;)

Just kidding. But seriously....

One the visor topic, I dont think we could ever tell for sure what color the visor was during filming. I think it was green. Maybe someone could ask one of the several people who were in the suit during ESB. (Including JB) Memories are not proof but maybe they will help.

Here is one for you Fett pros.
Someone give me a reason why the ESB visor is the only one that is different.
Is it really formed acrylic or a welders mask?
