Rocket Pack Help

I've done some searching, but can't find a thread that helps. I bought a rocket pack from a board member. I think it's an MLC.

The back has a large opening with two clips at the bottom. Is this where the harness straps would attach? Seems like they should be at the top.

Has anyone created a harness for this type of pack? Any and all help is appreciated - especially pics!

Did a better search and found a few relevent posts. Still, if anyone has any tips, I'd appreciate it.

here's my setup
the straps loop through the rings in the bottom of the pack.
Then they go through slots that I cut in the JP at the top
