The underlying helmet is (I assume) a recast of some kind off of ebay. the helmet was discussed in this thread:

Painted layered (masking fluid method) using AFFO$ rattlecan list, with a few brushed on colors. It's my first shot at painting of any kind. I think it came out a little dark during the weathering but it's growing on me.
(As a side note: at the time I was painting I had totally forgotten about the TDH reference gallery. The only reference I used was some ebay auction pics of one of Evan4218's RotJ buckets. Mine isn't spot on, but it's close enough for me.)
