jetpack belt question

i searched through all the topics and i didn't see what kind of belt or material is used for the jet pack belt. i have the U.S. diver's buckle and harness webbing, but what kind of belt did they use in the movie? is it made from the same material? is it the webbing from the harness? can someone help me with this question? thanks, bert
