cutting keyholes

I believe theyre called keyholes in the back of fett helmets. What dremel tool is the best for this, I tried the standard cutting wheel but its not working....thanks

I used a drill bit to punch holes in each corner, then I used a standard cutting wheel to "connect the dots." After, I used an exacto-knife to clean up the edges and corners.

If you have a steady hand, you could try this for the long areas:

Drill holes and then use a small flat file. This is the best way from making a OOPS (insert colorful words) mistake with the dremmel. Or if your good, use a small "router" bit with your dremmel. Either way though I found using a small flat file for the finish work is the best way to go.
