this is absolutely amazing. these templates are exactly what ive been looking for. i just finished glueing them to some paper board and i already feel like a friggen genious. this is the first time ive ever attempted anything like this but i wanna have THE best boba at NYC comic con in oct of 2010. ill be a senior and hopefully a bit taller by then
ok im in somewhat of a predicament. i printed out these templates and am are currently using them. BUUUUUUT i didnt enlarge them at all and now i dont think the finished product will fit my head. to be fair im not denying the possibility that i do in fact have a large head of sorts. so im basically contemplating using those...uh...support beams? thingys for the dome and then maybe removing them afterwards. ive already made my base but i havent even started my dome. and even the rim is too tight. i shud prob make it smaller.......again T.T
so i just gotta say.......wow! wizard you do amazing templates! i wanted to do this stuff for years but just got in to it. i found ur templates for armor about a month ago and made my first se t in a day. i still need to bondo the cod and do the knees. i got ur templates for the gauntlets but havet started them yet. still looking for jetpack templates?!? but i went out and bought 2 batting helmets at the salvation army soon as i found this. i have kinda slowed down on armor and am focusing on soft parts. but i just wanted to say that for me and probly many many others it wouldnt have been possible without your hard work. thank u so much!
Wizard of Flight....wow. You're a complete genius. There's no way I would have been able to make my helmet at right without these. Even though my work is pretty ******.
I am new and i have done my share of use with fiberglass resin. but some how my resin did not set still very sticky it has been over 2 weeks now and still sticky I am thinking that my resin or hardener is bad can any one suggest a way of fixing this problem. I am open to all for this solution. Thanks Neotron
can tell me anybody the lenght of the Stalk? After I´ve printet out the PDF file i got 19 cm. I use a Don post helmet of 97 and the rangefinder is lost. Now i try to build it up on my own. And i want to have a realistic size of the Stalk.
now i may be new here, but it's obviously clear that this thread is one of the most fundamental aspects of creating a scratchbuilt bucket. this and antman's tutorial have helped me create a work of art (beauty's in the eye of the beholder ) and this not bein stickied irks me :/ i'm irked!!!
Hey guys, first post here (yay!) anyway i was wondering if someone could help me out here. I realized that my head was too small for the helmet so is there anyway i can resize the files on adobe reader? thanks
