Cardboard Armor

Do some people use cardboard as body armor? if so, do they also cover it with paper mache when they're done? sorry if ask too many questions. :(

You'd be surprised how much plastic you might already have in your house. Alot of packaging has decent plastic. Food containers, mom's old kitchen plastic or go to a 2nd hand store. Cardboard is just too fragile even with paper mache. I'd rather go with something more sturdy than thick. Be creative and start looking in different places and you may have more luck with less headaches down the road.

Lol i'm planning to use milk jugs! well, actually, that idea came to me after searching the internet and finding guides to make a darth vader costume (it was my costume on halloween).
