Questions about custom jet packs

I don't think so. There where a couple of jp using only cardboard around, but to my knowledge Raptorarts was the first one who covered such a project with coats of papermache around here.

Yup, paper mache is used. Check Lisafett's tutorial by using the search feature. Let us know how progress goes.

Actually, i started before i joined TDH. Here it is. it's not finished, though. my dad recommended i put some patching compound. I think it's called Fix-it-all

I used strip (I think everybody does) paper mache, Just like wasp. i thank him for inspiring me with the idea of paper mache.

Here are some pics of my last layer of paper mache. i added some patching compound, but the results didn't come out good. i then added some paper mache. i think the coatings are about a cm thick.
