So after the rather souring experience of JimmyC's showoff thread I realized maybe people dont fully understand the additional accurate features they are getting with the Clothears costume parts.
I will show off and explain a few of these features and be happy to answer any questions to the best of my ability. I do not represent Clothears but having worked with them I am fully qualified to answer any questions about the features and details of the original costumes that have been incorporated into the replicas.
I will also explain some of the differences between the original costumes as well as ESB and ROTJ replica specifics.
I may not always have time to answer the same day but I will try to post of some neat details regularly to help people understand.
I do not wish to debate pricing in this thread except to say that some people are happy to own a Ford, and some people need a Bentley.
They are both automobiles and either may be considered "better" for the wants and needs of the buyer. But one does cost more to make and has more features, top quality materials, and is produced in smaller numbers.
You cannot expect them to cost the same.
