smoking that is. i've been a pack a day smoker since i was 18, that was 15 years ago and i think it's finally time to stop doing that. i started on friday, and i'm doing pretty well, though i have noticed i've been a bit more scatterbrained than usual, especially when i'm doing the things that would trigger my urge to smoke. although i've stopped buying smokes, i haven't quit cold turkey, but i've only had about three a day since i decided to stop. now i've tried quitting before, but i only had myself for support. this time might be the time that works because my girlfriend is encouraging me and i'm bringing it to you guys. with all the encouragement from you guys i was able to complete not one, but two fetts; something i don't think i would have finished otherwise. now i'm asking for support and encouragement to help me with this new project. so can i count on you guys for that?
