It's a dingleberry off the rump of the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man. In fact, I think it looks like some featured piece on Cake Boss... "fondant-trooper".
I can see LFL granting them the license. This would be perfect for a kids costume if the helmet only cost $20-$25. It shouldn't be marketed as "authentic" if that's what they're doing.

There is one in the Boeing Museum of Flight in Seattle.
Somewhere I have at least 50 close up shots of that Bahama Mama, including the Crew Signatures in the nose Landing Gear Well.
But I'll be damned if I know where they went, we moved twice since then...
They also have two separate cockpits open to the public to sit in, of which I also have pictures, but I can't recall if it was an F-18 and a SR-71 or an F-18 and a F-117.
You may still find something worthwhile looking for people's Boeing Museum albums.
