OK guys, the new and improved style is in place. If there is anything that sticks out as being harsh or difficult to read, please post it here! We really tried to go with something that was disctintive yet not as harsh and contrasty as part styles. Hope you like it!

This is the best design to date and I absolutely love the background and the whole colour scheme. Please even if you decide to change it, please leave us the option of setting this one for personal use.

The page numbers in the Gallery are still yellow on a white background

Actually, haven't updated the wiki or the gallery yet. Those are next on the list, along with getting comet chat back into play!

Maybe I gotta change my settings cause I can barely read this ,unless I move into a dark room...

There is a distinct possibility that your brightness is set too low.
TDH has virtually always had a dark theme but we have also almost always had a very high contrast of text/background. If you have an overly dark monitor that means in the past the board probably always looked just about right... but a high contrast text/background, especially when you have a dark background and light text fatigues the eye quite a bit and is a real turn off for a number of members (Rich, I am looking at you!
). With this new theme, we made an effort to create less contrast between the text/background. This will read differently for different members, but overall, it should be easier on the eyes. However, if you have an overly dark monitor it may make it slightly harder to read and you might need to tweak your settings.

Nice look. I'd likely pick a slightly lighter grey - something 1/3rd between this grey and white, as possibly the half-way point will be too bright. If this is at all possible.
Like the muted colors. If grey color for the text is up for grabs, you could always give it a pale green color. .)
Also, not sure if this is where to report issues, but the forum is really slow and jerky when scrolling and loading.
