Sorry for slow updates. Everything is complete except for fine tuning the wear. I need to adjust the Kama and center it, fix some binding and pinching. and the calve straps were marked for proper placement.

What else?? I need more eyes at this point.

This is one of the best Alphas I have seen. Hope you don't mind that I will attempt to emulate you with my build. It is slow going(have only rough trimmed parts so far) but with winter setting in hopefully I will light a fire under me and get building.

for the chest detail, did you use bondo? wood? just trying to figure out how to do it well. My concern with bondo is the plastic underneath flexing. Have had some bad experiences with bondo cracking after getting all done with do to flexing of the material underneath.

I built it up with HD foam and glued plastic over it. then filled the seams.

incredible! truly an awesome build. ARC troopers are the greatest! very acurate chest piece and pauldron. I'm not so sure about the rangefinder, but hey, it looks amazing. keep up the good work.
