    Star Wars Pepakura File Wiki

Hi everyone most people know me as Nintendude and the other half know me as Vagabond. I have been creating pepakura files now for the past few years and have posted the files all across the internet for quite some time. Now I have a pepakura file wiki index that I am starting up so that the pep files that are all over the internet whether they be Star Wars, Warhammer, Iron Man, Fallout or anything else not metioned if there is a pep file it will be found here. Currently the Clonetrooper files that I have are not going to be added just yet as I am going to be repairing the files so it will be much easier to make them and the other Star Wars files I first started with and did'nt know what I was doing but they will be mproved and put on the Wiki, heres the link to the Wiki for the Star Wars files and the link to my 4Shared where all my files are hosted. All my files are always free and you are welcome to anything I have. Enjoy.

Maybe the ARF trooper by armecore? 'cause he was banhammered off the 405th for recasting... So I guess his files are fair game.

Just about anything on my 4Shared that is SW Related is mine except for the Clone armor itself which was modelled by one of the people on SciFi3D.com and so far I have only changed the chest and back I'm still working on the rest of the clone parts. You could say I have been doing this for a very, very long time which is why I have so many files.

one question, I found this uber-HD clone trooper file... when I smooth it out in blender, it looks like movie quality. know whose it is? I'm trying to seperate it, then decimate the poly counts to make it more peppable. It was like, "red clone trooper" or something? Ep. 3 version.

I think I'll call this my VIP file(Very Important Pepakura). This is the first thing I have ever modeled and textured it's taken me since March to complete it. If you have seen the cinematic trailer for The Old Republic then you know who this is I belive it is Sith Lord Angral is what his name is as a guess so thats what I went with for the name and here's a preview of the file. Tell me if you want it and I'll see about having it added.

I'll send you a pdf. with a pic of the mesh in it. (some reason, windows paint doesn;t let me paste screenshots in it.) The model looks very good, especially for your first piece! And that trailer was soooooo awesome... pure win. Please post it, and if you want me to unfold it, that probably won't take very long. Unless you want to do it yourself... I'll build it over the summer.

Sith Mask For Angral Here's the file I still have to fix the texture where you see the black but I'll get around to it sooner or later.

Hey! Got this unfolded, and as smooth as possible. For detailing purposes, print out the first row with textures if you'd like, then print out the bottom without texture (it'll just be a waste of ink. ) here is the letter size unfold.

    http://www.4shared.com/file/QvJXMUiL/Sith_Angral.html

It is small, at 250 mm high, but That is because you don't have to account for padding, and the re-breather is supposed to be a tight fit. If you have a big head, I wouldn't go much higher than 270-280mm high.let me know if any changes need to be made.

Thanks for unfolding that. Right now I'm working on the unfold of the Scout Trooper Helmet, and then I'll be reworking the Clone, Samus and Robocop files that I have for people to have fun with.

I have samus files, presumably ripped from super-smash bros. the wii variant. It may be better to use those... far less open edges, and detailed enough, but not overdone. I'll link you to them later.

I was doing some work on HK-47, and I've got the head separated, but not unfolded. arms and torso are coming soon.

    here is the head: http://www.4shared.com/file/x_iqJLFu/HK_47_head.html

here is the left arm: http://www.4shared.com/file/zNDjH59t/Hk47_left_arm.html

here is the samus file, it can be seperated rather easily.

    http://www.papercraftmuseum.com/samus-aran/

and this is the light suit.

    http://www.papercraftmuseum.com/light-suit-samus/

These are pretty nice, and I have a friend who loves the light suit. I'll probably concentrate on the light suit if you want to take care of the varia.

Actually I think that's the samus file I already have, I've got the helmet unfolded just need to find time to do the rest. But lets try to keep this thread SW related if we can but keep the non-SW related items talk through PM's.

did some work today. Ready for unfolding...

    Commander Cody's bucket.
    http://www.4shared.com/file/acQMOKIf/cody_helmet.html

and his helmet along with his unique attachments (shoulder w/comm spike, backpack)
    http://www.4shared.com/file/valm48Rj/cody.html

these ARE rips by nintendude, so they're low detail. however, they're super-easy, and the attachments may work well for those wanting to put them on a HD clone bucket, like Skip's.

Re: Star Wars Pepakura File Wiki

sorry for the double post, but I present to you... pep files of what has to be the greatest sith lord of all time! Darth Revan! Ok, so that's my opinion. Again, this is a rip by nintendude (Vagabond here) from KotOR, and I axed all the robes and other soft armor parts. This has all the hard armor, needing only a buttload of seamstress action to finish it off. I included the original file for reference. I'll be unfolding this, but if someone else wants to take a crack at it, be my guest. get it here.

@Lunarlord- I know on the SW side of the Wiki, there are things like the X-Wing Pilot Stuff and the TIE Chestbox that can be added, waiting on the 405th to come back up so I can get a hold of A1TD to see if we can put up the RC stuff.

Well Heatshock there's not that many SW files that I don't have files for, if you can list your SW files you have, I can say what we don't and what we do have so the right things can be added.

ok, here is a zip folder with the deece files.
the main gun was unfolded by Nintendude (vagabond) , I just applied the texture. I unfolded the anti-armor parts, and the clip to the standard blaster. Again, these are all nintendude's files. and leave all files scaled the same, otherwise they won;t fit.

With Revan when it was ripped only one part was actually usable which was the mask the rest of the files for Revan are not worth it but I am working on a more HD Revan file that I was able to get. However I got this mask unfolded.

You can shrink a pdf size in its own printing screen and "enlarge" it if your printer supports a larger paper source only.
Some printer drivers have the option in their settings to enlarge or shrink the print through their drivers.
My personal printer can do that and even setup a multi-page poster print.

If a file is in a PDF it would be great if the PDO could be fixed for someone 6 foot since that is a pretty good scale to work with and will usually still work for a 5'10" - 6'2" range before the PDO is converted to PDF.

making a pdf. make it bigger. Them go hit: cntrl+P, print settings, and find scaling. scale down the pdf to your size, so if the origional helmet is 400mm high, and you want it 300mm, print it at 75%. Takes more paper, but it's better than no pep file at all.

EDIT: deece sniper attachemnt. the version you got I didn't do any work on, I just slapped a texture on there.

    http://www.4shared.com/file/RdxmLl60/DC-17mSniper.html

Also, I had asked bevbor about his files. IT was a yes, So I'll upload his star wars stuff soon.

So people know a little more about scaling down or up a PDF Tankboy is pretty right on how to do the scaling of a PDF but here is a little easier way as with Pepakura Designer if you press a certain key you can reduce or increase the size by 10% this works the same way with a PDF so lets say you have a file that is 300mm high as a PDF if you reduce 10% it will be 270mm high, working with a PDF can be a little tricky which is why I was happy to go from doing those to doing PDO's. Also so you members of the 405th know the 405th is working on restoring the forums since there was a update on the 405th facebook page today I also have a few non-SW pep surprises that are going to shock and awe people when the forums come back online.

You are close, but not close enough, I'm only 50% finished with the pep files for it but it will be full scale . Also I have 3D files for a HD Scorpion but I won't unfold them anytime soon.

Re: Star Wars Pepakura File Wiki

I think I'm almost done. Well, I have 1.5 GB of pepakura files. Most of them are SW things but there are also files from predators, halo, warhammer, etc. A huge part is ships and non-wearable things though.
I want to clarify that I haven't made any of those files. I spent a lot of hours searching in google and forums, that's all the credit I can get. It's Vagabond and all the other people who have designed and unfolded the 3D files who should have all the glory! :P
I don't know how I'm going to share this stuff... I'm considering using Dropbox...

yup, 4shared. I was also thinking... perhaps if we modified all of the pep files we post on the wikia, and put a text block stating the author, unfolder, where the file was from, etc. Then, upload all the stuff on to 1 4shared account, I have a second email address that I can create a new account with. So we don't **** out our own bandwidths.

405th should be around this week sometime... hopefully. And unless you pay skip $48 for his clone bundle, nope, not yet.

That would probably be A1TD's 3D files for the RC you are talking about Lunarlord, good news I'll have the Neo-Crusader dine tomarrow just finishing up the unfold today and I may even be done today. Also working on wearable files for General Grievous which will be a whole new challenge for me to do but if it can be done I'm probably the only one that could do it for pepakura.

No problem Lunarlord I could release the 3D files for Grievous now but you probably can't edit the 3D model otherwise you would lose the textures on the files.

woah... a minute and a half waiting, 2 minutes downloading, and 30 more seconds extracting all 897 files!!!!! Beware if you have a slow internet downloading this... you'll be there a long time. Excellent compilation though. But I'd recommend removing Dungbeetle's stormie files. I believe those are not to be distributed as pdo.s any more.

also, what's with the wikia? It's all weird looking and somewhat screwed up...

Nintendude? I never knew you were vagabond. I bow to you in reverence. Any way, I would love to make samus. Second of all, I would love to make scout. Third of all, I am not very good at pepakura and I would really appreciate it if you made a lowpoly version of everything that you make so People like me can make it and just use bondo for detail. Infact, I would apreciate it (it would be alot of work) but to make low poly versions of some of your former creations. Also, I have always wanted to make a revan helmet, but the only pepakura file I could find was by skip (who wasn't as accurate as I would like, not to take away from his work).

I'm sorry for all my requests, but since I'm not as ggod as you, I just have to hope you'll make the models.

BTW, I'm younger and all, (therefor I have less experience with creation) but everyone else has flawless pepakura work and they make it look easy. When I tried a slightly lowpoly version of a halo scout helmet it turned out pretty crude. Is there some trick or methatology?

Well if you're looking for a Revan mask there is one on this page that I unfolded, and I think either on here or on the Tamasoft Pepakura Gallery which is another place I upload stuff you will find the SW Scout Helmet, the trick I find with helmets is to build the back, top, sides and then putting the front on in that order. And yes I use Nintendude and Vagabond at several fan sites if you see it somewhere that's probably me.

Yeah, anything on my blog can be posted elsewhere. Just don't host the files on 4shared, hotfile, etc. You can just use the download links from my blog. Note that some things are .pdf only now.

Yes GamboaFett66 please show pictures , a few questions, does the mask fit? did you have to do any re-scaling? I am just trying to find out if I will need to re-scale it to fit people better, I also have the Malak mask with his head in it.

my only problem with the malak mask is the 2 prong detail thingys on the jaws are too far apart. you'll need to extend them about an inch or so to be accurate. But hey, that's just me.

@Graphix: For making low-poly models, I can do that. You import them into blender, then add modifier, "decimate" and whatever factor you choose makes it lower poly. For making pe clean, select a piece that is at the center of the model, and build out from the sides. TAKE YOUR TIME. 1 misaligned piece can throw the entire model off, and it takes forever to fix that at the bondo stage. good luck!

Tankboy, so you use blender? Though it is a fairly simple program, I only have made about 5 not-so-good-models and I'm not very proficient with it. Don't you also need pepakura buildeer to import into because I don't have that and last time I checked, it causted money and I have absolutely none to spend

All's you need is pep designer, and that's free. To save the models, yes you need the passcode but if you email me the blend. file, I can take care of it. In blender, select your model, go to the top left, export, wavefront obj. and select destination. Then go there, right click on it, and click open with... and select pep designer. there ya go.

A scout trooper armor would be great. We have armors for all white soliders but scouts. Kasyyyk troopers (yes, they are different from the standar scout troopers)
Galactic marine chest (they don't wear snow trooper chest :P,) and boots.
Droids: R2-D2 and C-3PO, Gonk, R3 series, R4 and R5 series, mouse droid
    Boushh helmet and armor
A good Ep2 clone pilot helmet. The one we have have a strange dome.

And... I think that's it. Am I asking too much? :P

Nintendude has a rip of the scout armor, but the origional file isn't that great... some moron modded Dungbeetle's ep. 2 clone bucket for the pilot version, but it's only in viewer. A mouse driod is like, super-easy... hmmm... Bevbor has 3p0's head, and there's an R2 file floating around somwhere.

@Tankboy: I think the mouse droid is easy too. Even if you don't have the files and want to make one from scratch. The most important issue with it would be the size and making it having the right proportions.

If you get me some orthographical side/top/front pics of it, I should be able to make one in a day. Then attach it to an RC car on skateboard wheels... YESSS!!!
