shin tools

I'd like to work on my shin tools. What's my best bet bet for accurracy? Go for the squeegie tool and modify it, or make it from scratch? Which is better? I'd like to make it accurate and putting effort into it would be satisfying. I'd be happy to drop the scratch for the the squeegie if that's the way to go. Any advice would be apprecciated.

The Paterson Print Squeegee is the found part people use for the "sonic beam weapon". Some people use the bottom parts they cut off of the squeegee to shorten it to help make half of the "anti-security blade." The "survival knife" is another found part called a Paterson Chemical Stirrer. The squeegee and chemical stirrer are available online through amazon or directly from the company site etc.. The 4th tool the "jetpack adjustment tool" which looks like a pipe, I'm not sure yet. Check out this thread http://www.thedentedhelmet.com/f20/rafalfett-strikes-back-4th-shin-tool-44737/ and more for pictures and details.
