Working with Sintra

I just got a couple sheets of sintra to make my annimated Fett gauntlets with. I've never used it before so my questions are:

1. what do you use to cut it with? Dremel? Hobby knife? blow-torch? tnt?

2. Whats good to use for joining pieces? Super glue? Epoxy?
