Nope, no gray except for that band. Like you mentioned, those are shadows.

Another quick question, I’m not on your caliber so mine won’t look half as good but I’m ok with that haha. What kind of white should this be? A flat white? Semi gloss? I don’t imagine it being glossy but I could be wrong

Hi, back in one of the posts I mentioned that it's Rustoleum professional gloss white.
I used that because I did mine unweathered. I think that pretty much any white would be ok though. It just depends on what look you're going for.
