Looking for someone who can make my build

Hello I'm very new to the costume community and I'm want to do a custom clone wars era mando armor. I'm looking for someone to make my whole armor except for guns and the gun belt because I got that covered. I'd like aluminum or steel but I don't mind 3d printed. I looked on etsy and found a guy who would make the armor without the soft parts for 1k but according to the research I did here I need to stay away from there and ebay. I'd do it myself but I'm not very good with working with my hands unless its forging but I tried to make armor and I suck at it. Attached is a pic of my rough idea for what I want.
