Inferno Squad Inspired Helmet Project

Been a while since I completed a prop project. Recently started working on an Inferno Squad inspired helmet. I got a mold of a Tie Fighter Pilot helmet (not the best mold, has some imperfections).

First photo is the sanding/primer/sanding phase.

Second photo is the start of the base coat (satin black). I'll do 4-5 passes of farily thick coats, then I'll use a buffing compound to smooth and shine out any blemishes. Then clear coat. Buff again.

Progress update. Installed Red Lenses. Installed Vinyl Decals (and weathered them).

On tap. Install Greebles (Ears, tusks) then lightly weather entire helmet.

Updated progress. Added weathering and battle damage. Pending are the ear greeblies and internals.
