Bossk Need a lil help here with costume parts/materials

I know there are not too many Bossk builds out there, but for those that have accomplished their build, this plea is for you.
Please help me out with the items you used to construct the costume.
Any help would be appreciated
Need info for the metal flak strap holders on the arms (what to use), the black vest/neckseal, the hose under the red hose (I think I can use a dry suit hose for that), and all the wires running down the suit and connectors. I spent a lot of time in hardware stores looking for the right material, but need someone to point me in the correct direction. Thank you.

For the metal tabs on the vest, some folks have cut them out of sintra and painted them. Others have actually cut them out of thin metal.

As for the black under-vest (it's not really a neck seal), it's kinda player's choice. You can make it out of leather or vinyl or rubber or whatever, as long as the dimensions look right under the white flak vest. I'm still sourcing my own, but I think I'm going to go with leather... just seems like it will look better.

The wires running down and around the suit are actually cable, not wire per se.

What do you mean by hose under the red hose?

It might not even be a hose, but it looks like a dry suit hose connected under the red hose. Thanks for the help on the wires. I thought it was a sort or tubing.
