Bossk My Bossk Meets the Orginal Bossk at Celebration V!

Bossk

New Hunter
This was a great year for my Bossk. I began the costume last fall, and debuted it last December, but really didn't bring it to its current state with the more screen accurate head until this spring. It has been a big hit everywhere I brought it, and was literally mobbed anytime in public by fans. It wond the "Best StarWars Villain" in the Celebration V contest, and "Best Star Wars Costume" at DragonCon 2010. But the biggest thrill was meeting the orignal Bossk, Mr. Alan Harris at C-V, who congratulated me on making the 'best Bost' he had ever seen. He seemed quite astonished when i appoached him while he was signing autographs at his table. We spent a long time talking about the costume and the one he wore, and the next day, kindly signed the photo of us that I was able to have printed at a local drugstore.

The other photos were also taken at C-V and other events that show my Bossk with the new mask.d Boss. There was a wall with a great 'Wanted Poster' of Bossk on it, which was an ideal location to take pictures. The only time I ever saw costumes/props of all of the original ESB Star Wars Bounty Hunters together in one place since the original film was in the 501st Room at Celebration V. I believe the Florida Garrision put this all together, and I took advantage of the display to add my Bossk, standing in front of the more diminutive Bossk whose feet you can still see behind me. This Bossk has the scalier head like my first version Bossk, that can still be seen in my signature. My new one uses what I believe is the most screen accurate mask, and as the rest of the Bounty Hunters here are excellent renditions, I thought this quite a memorable photograph. A shame that I didn't think of adding one of the good Vaders to the scene, as there was usually one in the room all the time.

I was uploading photos for another thread about the new mask, but they were accidently imbedded in this thread and I don' see a way to remove them. They show a rare view of the original Bossk head, which the knew mask is very close to. Some of the new masks, action figures, busts, etc. make Bossk way to scaly to resemble the original screen version.
