The black vest is just a leather jacket that was shortened and sleeves taken off. I added 8" sewer gaskets afterwards for the shoulder rubber. Actually they were concrete manhole adapters. The mask, arms, and feet are from captainspeky.

Looks great! One of the harder bounty hunters to build. Did you get it 501st approved?

Just approved a few days ago. I put these pics up after the changes. I had to shorten up the wires/cables, the ejection harness, and add the tapered shoulder effect.

It is extremely hot. I could troop for an hour max and then almost pass out after taking off the mask. Next order of business is making an a/c unit inside the mask.

Looks amazing! Did you do the soft parts yourself?
Which ones? If you mean the mask, feet, and hands, I did not make them. The leather black vest, I went to the thrift store and bought a leather jacket, then took it to my alteration guy to take the sleeves off, take the liner out, shorten it up from the bottom and attach velcro. Then after that, I found some 8" concrete manhole adapters from Menards.com and attached them to the altered leather jacket.

How to stay cool in Bossk, you ask?
Take a mini air cooler, run a hose or two under the flak vest and into the mask.
It didnt help too much with cooling but gave some much needed air flow and prevented fogging on my lenses. It usually lasted 2 hours on a charge, so I recommend getting a mini cooler you can add batteries to like the handy cooler.

That looks really good! Thanks for sharing some tidbits of how you made the costume. How long did it take you, if you don't mind me asking?
