I am glad to see what looks to be the makings of a fine new 4-LOM. I hope to see this trooping in person.

    Be well,

Fantastic work! Just out of curiosity: how is the "view" from the helmet? Is it difficult to see out of the mask?

Great job! Is it finished yet? I'm actually looking for anyone who has a 4-LOM or Zuckuss costume for a short film that I'm producing. I'm in Los Angeles, but it doesn't matter where you are since it's just a quick insert shot. If you have access to video camera you can even shoot yourself then I can edit it in. If anyone can help, please let me know at rewoloski@earthlink.net. Thanks!

    Re: 4-Lom in progress

I'm looking for a 4-LOM that someone would like to display at CV in the 501st room. We're going to have a set of costumed mannequins -- Boba Fett, Zuckuss, Dengar and hopefully a Bossk, plus an IG-88 fill size prop. The Bossk may be there on and off. So the only thing we wouldn't have is 4-LOM. I have a 4-LOM head but that's it. If you or someone else has the full deal, we have a place for him in a secured room!

    Re: 4-Lom in progress

It has taken some time, because I had some stress at my job, but I was not
layz: Here are some new pics of my 4-Lom.

The arms/hands and feet are from Chriss TK409( I got the molds for the feet
from Chris some years ago via Ebay). The rest of the armour is from Bentley OŽToole, I got it from
a dutch Garrison member. I still get money back from OŽToole myself, but
    that is another story.
I have modified them a lot, especially I spent a lot of time with the leg
parts, they were really awfull in the beginning. I modified the forms for
    vacuumforming
The 4 Lom has vac-formed shorts and the Legs have also been vac-formed

At the moment IŽm molding the arms , so I can vac-form them later.
If the molds are ready, I can also make a C-3P0 or K-3P0 , but for that I will
have to remake and sharpen the legs

Well the LOM series droid is a protocol droid like the 3PO series droid from a competitor so he is very similar to the 3PO droid just a different maker

It's a beautiful droid, but guys, if you knew how long this is in the making and how much elbow grease of a whole bunch of people went into it... you'd appreciate it even more! Great job really

wow great costume man, simply amazing work....that rust looks real...i still think 4lom and dengar are lame bh'ers lol..c3po isnt scary and is slow and useless and 4lom is 3po with zuckus head so he prob cant move his arms much...what if he drops his gun?...dengar is storm trooper armor with a towel around his head...guess they ran out of time before they had to start shooting the movie

    Re: 4-Lom in progress

Well, I am a newbie here and came / want to be here because I hope to someday get or build a 4-LOM costume (I still call it Zuckuss) Honestly, I am inept at projects like this but REALLY want to do it. If anyone has any suggestions about where to start buying parts or a suite please let me know. Why this character? Have been fascinated with his look for ages, since ESB, which is why it has been my vintage Star Wars collecting focus for years now. Thank you, JT
