Death Watch Buckets for big heads

So I'm looking at a possible Mando/Death Watch build in the future and I'm researching and seeing what's out there.

One big question is the helmet, I have a big head. A lot of helmets wont fit me. I can wear a TK, TS and TB bucket, but I have not yet found a clone or RC bucket to fit my huge head. For reference I had to put my FX TK on sideways to get it to fit and I still couldn't wear my glasses underneath.

At a recent con I tried on a Garrison mates Fett bucket (sorry, I forget the maker) and wasn't able to get it on. Are there any buckets that run larger or maybe the cheeks don't come in as far or any recommendations?

I have a very larger head as well. For my Fett I have a BM helmet. There's a thread somewhere comparing the sizes of helmets from various makers. My helmet is the smallest I could possibly wear. I can only fit it on by basically aiming the opening straight at my face, and once the cheek indents are on my temples then I can roll it up an on. Sounds worse than it is (or I've just gotten used to it) but while it does fit and is quite comfortable to wear the size of my head means that I cannot fit my circuit board in for the back slot openings.

As a humorous indicator of the size of my head....a friend of mine has a DP Royal Guard helmet. I tried to put it on. Basically the helmet sat on my head like the bird hat on the old guy in Labyrinth. Shoulder parts didn't even cover my face after my head jammed in the neck opening.

Yes MLC ver 1 is what you are looking for. It was one of the biggest Fett helmets made. His forum name is mlcallanta. He doesn't visit much but you can email him through his profile.

My friend sells theses helmets over on the Merc board, its his own sculpt, a variation of the Boba/Mando lid.
He sculpted them for him self, he has a large "bean", The helmet to the left is the large, the one on the right is medium in size.

May I know how big is your head? Like circumference along the brow ridge? So i know if my head is big as well and need to get specific buckets from certain makers? My phase 1 animated clone is very snug that i have to wear it at a certain angle first then adjust as soon as my nose gets in... Thanks!

If you want to base the helmet off of a Boba one, Fettpride announced he'll likely be doing a scaled up version of the GMH! I'd highly recommend looking into that! You can always fill in the debt, and he even might if you ask him!
