what scene is this from??? Royal Guard

Hey guys,

Can someone please tell me why I cant find this guard in ROTJ??

Somehow I cant find the scene (its not in ROTJ, when palpatine walks out his shuttle),
I have the 2004 special edition dvd.

I think this was a cut scene. I don't recall seeing it in ROTJ.

check to see if it's in ESB..... I think they follow Vader as well as Palpatine....

No royal guards in esb, its the original Rotj its cut in the special edition.

wait.... do you mean when Palpatine first lands on DS2? I seem to recall a scene with guards walking down the gangplank with Palpy behind 'em....

Not in the special edition. If I'm not mistaken, its exchanged for a panoramic shot of the hanger and you see the guards exiting the shuttle from a distance.

I'm ognna have to rewatch ROTJ now just to see which version I have.... What a shame

I'll hvae to force myself to watch the scenes with Boba, too....

In the original rotj, they walk out before palpatine when landing on the death star. In the special edition rotj they show the guards walking down from a distance no upclose view like the original.
