Well, the first pull came out too thick because I applied too many layers. I'll try another pull when I can find time.

Ok, the second pull was much more successful. I temporarily attached all of the aluminum hardware to see what it looked like. It goes on my head easily and is just a tad more snug than my 'zilla mask. Now I'll move on to the various leather pieces. The last pic is next to my favorite mask.

Ordered a yard of heavyweight/upolstery white denim fabric from ebay and it arrived sometime last week. Last night I dyed it using one package of Rit tan and one package of pearl grey in a washing machine at the medium water setting. It turned out a very good color match for the mask in the EP4 visual dictionary. Once I finish the three remaining leather parts, I'll begin cutting the bandages and applying them. Here are a few more progress pics as of tonight. The dark brown hide is .6-.8oz. lambskin from ebay. The mouth leather is 6-7oz. tooling leather stained brown.

    Very nice.

If you are offering the raw heads I would be interested.

Thanks. I'd be willing to make a couple of masks, but right now I don't have a source for latex material I know would work.

Ok, a few more pics. It's pretty much finished other than glueing screen behind the eyes and mouth areas, and rigging up the fan at the top. I also forgot to mention I hollowed out the 'Zilla nose to decrease some of the weight. It's not perfect but it's better than what I had, so I'm satisfied. Thanks for the interest and feedback along the way. Last pic is next to my favorite 'Zilla mask.

I'd add more aeration holes so that it would be more confortable when trooping but it's a really good prop anyway!
