My Luke ESB hilt was sort of "made" by me... I got a Graflex and the right bits then put it together:

Same with my E11. I got a Sterling, Hengstler, Scope, etc... and put it all together:

And my EE-3. Bronze Webley cast, aluminum barrel, real scope, model kit parts... Mine is on the top, the bottom is a Hyperfirm. That pic is old though, it's still got the wrong scope on it. I've since upgraded.

These look sweet. Is that card board?

looks like MDF (medium density fiberboard) really cardboard like...its wooddust basically formed into board

Hey, yes it is cardboard not MDF. It is the same stuff Antman used in his tutorial on making a cardboard Boba helmet. It is called posterboard in Australia, comes in 2mm thickness.

Making the blaster I "doubled" each side so I ended up with 4mm thick sides, it is very strong.

can anyone direct me to someone that sell resin part's for the e11 blaster, in the UK if possible.
I've seen some on ebay but they didn't look too great.

Google Doopy Doo's they're in the UK, I bought my E11 Hasbro conversion kit from them.
