My Snow Clone Scratchbuild!

Ok guys,

Another piccy update of the mould making process for this. The mothermould is now done, finished and in the hands of the casting guy!!! Hopefully we've had a prototype cast over the weekend. We'll find out in a few hours I imagine.
The silicone mould is all finished for the faceplate and just needs the mother mould to be done which Gav says will be done today. ;)
Then we need to redo the aerators as the first prototype was a tad too small.

The finish line is in sight!!!!

The face is very near ready for casting too so we'll have new pics of that very soon. ;)

Now we just need to mould and cast the three strips for the mouth, and make a new master aerator as the first prototype was a tad too small. Once we have the new one ready, we can mould and cast that and we're good to go!!!

Please guys, feel free to comment. :)

Thanks very much bro! It's great to see it coming together now! Gav's planning on doing a Rex paint up soon so I'm looking forward to seeing that!

Morning guys!

Got a little pic for ya! Here's the original faceplate, silicone mould and its mothermould! :D We should have our first faceplate cast soon(this weekend hopefully), leaving just the aerators and mouth grill strips to do!

Nice update Skip...
I'll get to work on the trimming and the greebs as soon as I finish a commission I have to deal with. (y)

It fits really well in the dome, mainly down to the decent master moulds provided! good work bro!
