This has be on the back burner for years, and I only now have mad a new clone belt model. This new model has the 6 front boxes molded in-place with the belt and cast as one solid unit. I like this idea much more than castig the parts separately and attaching. I left the to rear boxes and canister to be attached separately though.
The thing that has held m back for so long, was that I needed to fab two new front boxes for this model. There is a right and left slope to the front box. That neccessitated building the same thing twice, but mirrored. I admit it: I was simply too lazy to pull out the table saw.
Now that the first one is out of the mold, here is the result
