Then, the prerecord voice commands and voice amplifier are controlled by tact switches located in the finger tips of my left glove

Lorenzo don’t let anyone give you any gripe about you’re height, you’re not short dude, just funsize ENnnnn!!!

Kidding aside you’re clone is looking great; the addition of weathering really sells the definition and depth of all the curved proportions on the armor, really liked the direction you took with it. As for the chestbox I don’t even know where to begin about the ingenuity you put into that, all I know is you’re spending waay too much time in the garage these days sir and its paying out in spades.(y)

Holy Cow! I heard about this and I am really stunned. Well ...no, not really...Cruzer your work is amazing as always, the glove... what made you think of that?
I agree with Andy though, too much time in the garage.

***Edited to remove good-natured ribbing that was not taken lightly.***
Cruzer does do awesome work

The wiring for the speaker runs through one of the hoses and into my helmet where the Hasbro speaker system's circuit board and power supply is housed. Then, the prerecord voice commands and voice amplifier are controlled by tact switches located in the finger tips of my left glove.(y)

wow... i missed that at first!

i've got my hasbro board set aside for... something...

i've been thinking about putting mine in my comm pad, after seeing a thread on clone-empire about something similar.

but that method would let me use the mic too.

now, if i can get the sound output to my normal voice amp.

It was very difficult mounting the tact switches in the glove tips. It's awesome when its all said and done: Being able to press my fingertips against my blaster to talk or play some of the prerecorded messages is very convenient, but I probably wouldn't do this type of installation again. Getting the wires soldiered to the very very small leads on the tact switches are enough to drive most people mad!:wacko

Bloody fantastic job on a costume we rarely see.
Excellent work :cheers :cheers

me too - so I'll be watching your creative genius come together so I can follow where you lead. Ever since i bought that helmet the samples were something I wanted to do something with....

Cruzer,
Do you still have the reference pics saved somewhere? The links from your earlier post are broken and not showing.
Sorry about that. I forgot that I had moved things around. I corrected the mistake with a link to my photobucket album...or here it is below. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.(y)

I've gotten a handful of requests for copies of my chestbox since first debuting the suit, so I hope to begin the mold this month. (y)

Cruzer,

Your pilot is indeed one of the best I have seen, and I think the fact that you aren't all that tall says even more about it, because you look proportionately very good, where a lot of shorter people tend to look just that... short! Way to pull off the look very effectively! We need to talk to you about that because Mirax needs some SERIOUS help!

Thanks for the link, it's tough finding good shots of the chestbox and yours is definately amazing!!! What size hoses did you use there?
