I'd like to but not so sure if it will ever happen.
We had an original costume in hand that we used to reverse engineer patterns from to make what you see in those pics. We don't have the luxury of doing that with the outer robe. Not to mention that it is an extremely complicated piece especially if you were to make it just like the original.

I've actualy seen that before. It was a nightmare, but I've so seen that before. Awsome none the less!

For the mannequins, I use standard ebay ones (whatever I can find) and use sheet foam to sculpt the desired musculature. I discard the original mannequin arms and construct new arms out of wire and foam.

Would you have a pics or 2 without the clothes so i can get a good look at your process?I am trying to set up my life size jason displays.
I also would love to see your other lifesize displays.

I never took any pics without being the mannequins being dressed.
Pretty soon, I'll have a gallery of all my stuff online that you can check out.
