Awesome photos and an awesome costume! I really like the weathering!
Thanks. The black scoring was done with dry brushing black acrylic paint. The dirt was done with this stuff: http://docscaboose-online.stores.yahoo.net/wema.html and the weathering in the paint/paint chips was done with a combo of masking off the areas, sandpaper, and an xacto knife.
I have always dug the paint work you did on this; this is the direction I am taking the finish on the Sci-Fire stuff, more of a matte finish with topical black, going very minimal on the silver/chipping this time around. Love this suit Donny!
I am almost always impressed with replica makers ability to make the random weathering patterns. I am very intimidated by that. I am afraid I would either overdo it or everything would look uniform. Your ability to make it look natural and organic is really impressive.

I got a chance to see this suit up close at LegoLand '08, and it was just as awesome in person!

The 327th Star Corps Clones were the ones with Commander Bly serving under Aayla Secura on Felucia. The color markings, the pauldron, the kama, the ammo boxes and the dual pistols existed on each Star Corps trooper.Originally Posted by Mandalorian Guard

That suxs man. Its an awesome looking setup. I may be interested, though I'm not sure it will fit. I can't remember how tall you are, lol. We met at CV, BH panel. I was the ESB fett.
I'm 5'8. It would easily fit someone as tall as 5'10, but whoever buys it will need to have less than a 34 waist, closer to a 32 waist. I'm going to post it up for sale fairly soon, just waiting until I have the time to post up all the details. Looking for around $1600 for everything.
