Just Finished Snow Clone /CLone Wars

Just thought I'd shoot a couple shots of my Rex Snow clone thats I just finished this ones heading to Boston once I attach the cowl and respirator/speakers I didnt paint the front mouth area yet because the cowl needs to be on hope you all like it

i'm pretty sure i got my nihilus mask from you way-back-when. i see you're still making fantastic stuff!
 
No Actually its mine heres some early clay shots of it and Stormtroopguy its going to Tim "Rudolpht" as hes know on alot of sights and you probably did get the Nihilus from me hope you liked it .

yup, i loved that mask... sold the suit a while ago, but someone else in my garrison got it.

hopefully i'll find a way to see that one in person. i don't see tim often, but it happens now and then!
 
Very nice job Brian, that is one cool looking Snow Clone.

I can vouch for Big Water's work - just got a Darth Revan armour set and a Nihilus mask from him, top notch work.
 
I just started my sculpt for this bucket, and can only hope it comes out as nice as yours... Question, did you cast the dome and the faceplate separately? It kinda looks like you did in the finished helmet, but if that is the case I wonder why.

no actually I cast it as one piece looks like 2 but no and to make the mold I didnt use silicone its a fiberglass mold aswell not alot of hard corners or under cuts so you can get away with using firberglass for the mold (y)
