Jawa Boots

Ok, so stupid me went about making boots by wrapping them with duct tape, wrinkling as I went, then spray painted them. They looked awesome. . . until my son walked in them. How could I have missed the obvious while making them. With each step, the tape crinkled and the paint flaked off. DUH! So, after cleaning up a trail of paint flakes, I ripped all the tape off and grabbed my hot glue gun and spray painted some strips of dyed monk's cloth left over from making the robe and hood. What do you think of these:

Ummmm, I don't speak spanish:facepalm............But great job man:lol:!

I had the same paint-flaking problem with my homemade boba boots. You fixed it in a very creative way, and the finished product looks amazing(y).

Haha! 2 years in high school and 3 semesters in college of Spanish pretty much drilled it in me. Thanks man! Appreciate the compliment!
