Help! Anyone have a Scout Trooper?

Hey guys,

I have been asked to the last minute to make a Scout Trooper (diaper):lol Cumberbund for SDCC.
I have been online looking for some dimensions for this thing... anyone have one they could give me an idea from theirs.
I made one a long time ago for MediaGuy also a rushed sort of situation and I cannot find anything I had as far as notes from that one.
I know there are six or eight vertical or ribbings down the front.
What else?
