I saw his costume on youtube a few days back mybe you can ask the guy who made it to help you.
Well I have a near perfect 3D Model of Grievous' armor that could be done in Pepakura if that could be a option for you.
one of the guys in my garrison has a Genreal Grievous, if you send me a PM with your email I can forward it to him. I can't promise anything (hes hardly on the boards) but I can try if you want.
