here's a few more pics of the pistol, and I wanted to make a small holdout blaster, so I scaled down Rex's pistol and came up with this:

    Re: DC-15s

I applied wood filler to all the edges to seal up the foam, and I will get on with sanding them tonight,I will then apply 2 coats of resin to these and sand and then primer to find any problem areas.I have already made more cutouts with the templates I made, and I will be making more of these....I have very few reference pics and I am using a little creative freedom on this, but I will try to get them as close to the pics as I can. I will get a finished product up soon, so if anyone is interested in one hit me up here or with a p.m. These were fun to make and not too time consuming so far. Let me know what you guys think...Thanx!

Those are fantastic! Keep up the good work. I may have to try this method, seeing as I've got lots of left over Fiberglass Resin.

    Re: DC-15s

here are the updated pics of the newest blaster I made, I changed several pieces design and made the hand grip and trigger area larger. That said, I was making these as kits over
at the HHS forum. I sold a couple kits, but have decided to abandon the project. I gave away a set over there and only asked for feed back from the recipient, I received said
feedback appreciatively. Now I want to give something back to those on TDH whom I have enjoyed reading posts and seeing progress from. I have 1 kit remaining with enough parts to make 1 pistol. Only assembly required. I want to have a drawing for someone to receive the kit: I will pic a name from the first 10 to enter , or will draw on 8/22...which ever
comes first. This kit needs a home, and you can't beat free. It will be shipped gratis, no strings. My way of giving back for all the enjoyment I've received here!Good luck!
