Composite Mando armor?

I wonder if it would be possible to make a Mando armor that is a combo of ceramic, carbon fiber and kevlar? The plates could be put on with an industrial strength velcro onto a jacket type under mesh. The helmet could be made in a similar fashion with a HUD using modern components of the armor land warrior system, a laser range finder and built in communications array along with built in fans. Just day dreaming here cause I am bored and being an UBR geekazoid!
