I'm using the extra ABS of the untrimmed armor pieces dissolved with the Acetone. NO Bondo, no filler, no epoxy resin, the same Abs of the armor!
IMO it's the best way to add material on the armor, it has the same strength and same flexibility because it's 100% compatible! It's like weld 2 iron pieces or glued them! Better the welding!

There is a negative side....you must wait 48 h before sand it.

Great work! I was going to ask the same question about the dremel bit. I've got a ton of cutters, but none that fine. I'll have to pick one up

I love what I see! I just got the NEYO from tk 1389 too. I'm sculpting my own armor. Although I like the armor you have I agree that it is somewhat
rounded (possibly because the thickness of the ABS doesn't allow it to be as pointy as you want it).
What drill bit did you use to cut the face off? I know TK 1389 suggested a number 15 exacto knife...but I saw you with your dremel and thought it would be easier that way.
    Keep up the great work!

i used this one because i already had it.

But i think this one is better

Btw, for the thicker part I used a fine serrated blade, always after doing a line with the Dremel.
